1. Who we are

Funding Radar UK ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Billy Wilson, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Funding Radar UK ("the Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you are entering into a contract with Billy Wilson.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for or paying for the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and, where you are using the Service on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business.

3. What the Service does

Funding Radar UK aggregates information about UK grants, competitions, government support schemes and similar funding opportunities, rewrites summaries in plain English and notifies subscribed users of relevant openings. The Service is an information tool. We do not decide eligibility, submit applications on your behalf, or guarantee that any funding will be awarded. Always verify the official details directly with the awarding body before applying.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
• send spam, malware or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• scrape, copy, redistribute or resell our content without our written permission;
• infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• probe, scan, reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All software, design, copy, summaries, databases, branding and other materials forming the Service remain the property of Billy Wilson or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service within the plan you have paid for. No other rights are granted.

7. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, renewals and cancellation mechanics applicable to your purchase are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current paid period. Our refund approach is set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any specific funding opportunity will be listed or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
