30-day money-back guarantee

Funding Radar UK, operated by Billy Wilson (sole trader), offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (monthly subscriptions and lifetime purchases). If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or most recent renewal.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate the order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us via our contact page and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for completed periods outside the 30-day window are considered case by case (for example, double charges, technical issues that prevented you from using the Service, or extended outages).

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to all purchases.
