- In the private sector, applications are open to the Responsible Entity (or representative acting on their behalf) that has a building that meets the eligibility criteria set out in the published guidance.
- The scheme will accept applications for funding from wholly residential or mixed use residential and commercial developments, in both the private and social sectors.
- Applications from leaseholders are not accepted unless they are the head leaseholder acting as the Responsible Entity.
